Get to Know Heidi
What is your favorite part about working with Aureon Consulting?
So far, the team. This is a fantastic group of experienced professionals who conduct themselves with a high degree of compassion and integrity. It feels like a really good fit!
How do you like to start your day?
COFFEE! And my morning devotional.
What’s something you recently saw that made you smile?
An eagle released into the wild after spending a few months in rehab.
What is your ideal way to spend your weekends?
Cooking a big meal and having our adult children and grandbaby over. Watching my son play soccer. Reading, hiking, singing at church or hanging out with my youth group.
If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?
Invisibility
If you could only eat one dish for every meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Cheeseburgers!
If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose?
My sister Jenny – she’s a homesteader and I would love to spend the day tending to her cows, chickens, horses, garden, canning, and home schooling my niece and nephew.
If you could meet one person, living or dead, real or fictional, and have a conversation with them, who would you meet and what would you talk about?
Neil Peart. I would get him talking about some of his profound wisdom acquired through his life, grief, music and healing. And then I’d just ask him to play for a few hours.
What is the worst/best fad you participated in?
I’m not one to participate in a lot of trends or fads, but I did have really big permed hair in the late 80’s/early 90’s. And I HAD to have jelly shoes but once I got them they hurt my feet sooooo bad.
What’s one song or artist you’re embarrassed to admit you like?
Kris Kross JUMP. I still know all the words. LOL
Who would play you in a movie about your life?
Mary Louise Parker.
