Holly is a highly experienced senior leader accomplished in strategic planning, business development and operations. She is passionate about understanding her clients environments and culture so she can partner with them to move their business goals forward.
Holly has a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering on strategic goals through her expertise in leading business, technology, and operations teams. Holly’s unique combination of financial acumen, entrepreneurship, and human resources expertise has helped Aureon Consulting achieve predictable, consistent, and profitable growth.
Prior to becoming the President at Aureon Consulting Holly spent over 10 years leading M&A integration initiatives for top-tier wealth management and financial advice organizations. She specialized in data migrations/conversions, client on-boarding, IT application and infrastructure integrations, HR, risk and compliance work streams.

How do you like to start your day?
With a good workout and a protein shake!
What’s something you recently saw that made you smile?
Pictures of my family on a recent vacation. Being able to have memories and beautiful adventures makes me smile.
What is your ideal way to spend your weekends?
With my family. We are a very sports oriented family so you will find us on the softball fields, basketball, tennis or volleyball courts.
If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?
Ability to control time.
If you could only eat one dish for every meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
It would be pizza. I could eat pizza breakfast, lunch. and dinner!
If you could meet one person, living or dead, real or fictional, and have a conversation with them, who would you meet and what would you talk about?
I would have a conversation with Walt Disney. I would like pick his brain to understand what his original vision was for Disney and how his creativity and business sense played into what he created and the order in which he did it in.
What’s the worst/best fad you participated in?
Banana hairclips and bangs that stood straight up with a bottle of aqua net hairspray.
What’s one song or artist you’re embarrassed to admit you like?
New Kids on the Block.
Who would play you in a movie about your life?
Jennifer Aniston.
