Get to Know Kristy
What is your favorite part about working with Aureon Consulting?
The team culture by far! A close second would be the open communication.
How do you like to start your day?
Starbucks, and then more Starbucks, and then more Starbucks…
What’s something you recently saw that made you smile?
My kids. Always my kids. Through the good and the bad, they are my purpose each and every day.
What is your ideal way to spend your weekends?
Taking a nap, cuddling with my 2 dogs, hanging out with my husband and 3 kids, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs!
If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?
To teleport quickly from one location to another.
If you could only eat one dish for every meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Breakfast! Eggs over easy, bacon, hashbrowns and toast. Yummy!
If you could meet one person, living or dead, real or fictional, and have a conversation with them, who would you meet and what would you talk about?
My uncle Greg. He passed away from cancer when I was little. The memories I have are of him making everyone laugh and tickling us. I know my dad misses him. I wish I had memories that were not so hazy. I would love to get to know my dad better through his eyes.
What’s the worst/best fad you participated in?
Tall bangs. Stand against a wall, and spray them down with aerosol hairspray type of bangs. I am cringing while I am typing this.
What’s one song or artist you’re embarrassed to admit you like?
Chris De Burgh – He sings the song Lady in Red. I know nothing about him or about any other songs he sings. This is my husband and I’s song. We danced to it at our wedding. I wore a red leather coat. It makes me smile. But way different music than anything else I listen to.
Who would play you in a movie about your life?
Blake Lively. I find her to be so funny and mysterious and a true family person.
