Meet Nick McFall
Vice President of Sales
Nick has been in the consulting industry for over a decade hiring, training, and growing sales and recruiting teams. Nick is someone that loves to create strong relationships with clients, almost working to become an extension of their business to help them solve their needs. Nick takes a lot of pride in doing the right thing and working extremely hard when given an opportunity from a client.
Prior to coming to Aureon, Nick spent just under two years at Principal Financial Group leading the Vendor Management team. He developed department strategies, budgets, vendor performance and internal/external relationships. Much of his experience comes before his time at PFG where he worked as a Managing Director for Signature Consultants running their Des Moines operation. He used a “Do the Right Thing” approach in every situation while leading a large team of sales, recruiters, operations and consultant care programs teams. Nick excels in building client relationships, leading internal teams, client on-boarding, and training and development.

What is your favorite part about working with Aureon Consulting?
The people are truly incredible. Everyone cares about each other, but they also care about our clients and consultants. I love the amount of experience people bring and really appreciate just how open the team is to each other’s ideas. We have a lot of great people who care about what they do here!
How do you like to start your day?
I love to read scripture and then exercise.
What’s something you recently saw that made you smile?
I love watching my children play together. That typically starts well and then turns into some sort of argument. I used to get annoyed and now as they get older I actually enjoy watching it play out.
What is your ideal way to spend your weekends?
When we are not running the kids to baseball tournaments, football games, gymnastics meets, swim meets, soccer games we are a big boating family so spending time on the lake doing water sports is where you could find me.
If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?
Be able to fly.
If you could only eat one dish for every meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Pizza.
