What is your favorite part about working with Aureon Consulting?
Our team! We have a unique combination of personalities and backgrounds that complement one another extremely well. Everyone brings value in their own unique way and we have a lot of fun together.
How do you like to start your day?
Prayer and exercise, both are great ways to get your mind in the right place before the day gets crazy busy.
What’s something you recently saw that made you smile?
My kids being nice to each other.
What is your ideal way to spend your weekends?
Focused on my family, I have 4 kids that are involved in several different activities, everything from sports and music, to hunting and just being around cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, etc. No matter how stressful the week has been, spending time around family always reminds me of what’s really important and resets my perspective to where it should be.
If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?
I think I’d enjoy flying.
If you could only eat one dish for every meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Lasagna.
If you could meet one person, living or dead, real or fictional, and have a conversation with them, who would you meet and what would you talk about?
Abraham Lincoln, we’d discuss how he was able to bring slavery to an end and I’d advise him to beef up his security detail when he’s out on the town.
If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose?
Oh man, that’s a tough one. Probably George Strait, he’s my favorite country music artist and I’ve always wondered what it’d be like to spend a day in his shoes (or boots).
What is the worst/best fad you participated in?
I’m not a fan of fads, but I did grow a starter mullet back in the late 80’s/early 90’s, it was not a good look.
What’s one song or artist you’re embarrassed to admit you like?
I like a very broad range of music and I’m not embarrassed of any of it.
Who would play you in a movie about your life?
Will Forte.
